This process is scientifically proven to release those negative emotions and limiting beliefs from your nervous system. We account for all different belief systems, so we are looking for the root cause of the emotion or limiting beliefs. That can be before, during or after your birth. Many of the emotions or limiting beliefs can have the root cause in the time period of 0 to 7 years of age.
The goal of TLT is to subtly and subconsciously change the client’s behaviour patterns so that they can react to present experiences based on present conditions in a calmer way, and not react to situations unconsciously (based from past events and emotions stored in the subconscious)

Spinal attunement works on the peripheral nervous system, and uses gentle and subtle touch on chakras, meridians, Nadis and parasympathetic and sympathetic gateways on the physical and energetic body.
It combines western, eastern, and esoteric teachings and wisdom. By focusing on the breath wave of the body, it gently unravels physical, mental, spiritual and energetic spinal tensions to bring the body back into alignment

Our experiences are stored in the nervous system connected to the spine and the whole body.
It is through awakening the bodies natural healing wave, that the deeper subconscious emotions that are stored in the body that are causing pain, tension, inflammation, disease and illness, can move. This creates space within the nervous system so that you can heal and come home to yourself.
So you can start to feel lighter in your being, gain new insights about life and yourself, have more creativity, nervous system regulation, and start living life in alignment.

A breathwork session with Sophia is two hours of healing and transformation. A time where you get to go inwards and see what you might not otherwise be able to see and feel
Through conscious connected breathing in and out of the mouth, you slow down your brain waves, which allows the monkey mind and the ego to slow down, switch off, and quieten down. You enter a non ordinary state of consciousness where the past, present and future surface in the present moment. This allows emotions, trauma, energy that have been pent up to be felt, expressed and released.
This style of breathing activates your sympathetic nervous system, which is your fight/flight/freeze stress response in a safe, healthy therapeutic way. After 45mins of breathing this style, you then move into a restorative relaxed style of breathing with sound bowls and a guided meditation. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to heal itself, and closes down the natural stress response that has been activated.
During the breathwork journey the facilitator helps move energy from the body and aligns the body to its natural state through energy work, and sometimes reiki and/or spinal attunement
During a journey you can release trapped emotions, sensations, energy, memories, stress, tension, trauma or anything else that may be holding you back in life such as limiting beliefs or events in your life, that you may have unconsciously held onto, which no longer serves you. Through the journey, you’re able to replace old beliefs by removing the negative charge, seeing it with a new lens, and replacing new empowering beliefs.
Through a breathwork you gain clarity, deeper insights, manifest and create a new future. And heal the body and the mind.
Each session requires 2 hours and the guided Breathwork experience itself is a minimum of 1 hour.
