Sophia’s Story
In the first year of my business, I earned six figures and consistently hit $15K+ months—not by strategy alone, but by doing the inner work.
I faced my fears, rewrote my beliefs, and regulated my nervous system to expand my capacity to hold abundance.
I once had a core belief that my voice didn't matter, “I’m not important and I that I don’t belong”. All masked by surface-level beliefs of “I’m not good enough or worthy”, I felt guilty for charging people and wore the people pleaser hat & constantly gave my energy and time away.
Once I got my energy in alignment I started making 10k months, then 15k, then 20k. And it has been consistent since then. It took nervous system regulation to also hold and expand this capacity to hold this amount.
