A woman who is held, seen & heard in a safe place moves mountains

Meet your Mentor

Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most.Hey love, I’m Sophia Harris, founder of The Liberated Movement ™.

Over the past few years I’ve helped 1000s of woman heal their blindspots, their past & their wounds so they can step into their power and come into self love. Ive transformed and changed many lives, and I saw a gap where I saw so many woman holding themselves back because of their stories & energetic blocks.

I was never built for the “normal way”

I am a channel, a psychic & a transmitter. I see what you cant. I call them forward & I help you alchemise them into your fullest potential and power.

I grew up poor, I had low self worth and never felt comfortable in my own body and life. I always woke up with a sense of sadness and loneliness and never really knew what was wrong with me

I healed my trauma, connected to my emotions and went on a money healing journey that took me to the life I live today. I work with masculine and feminine energetics to bring woman back into alignment, heal their money blocks, open them to more in life, deepen their relationships, slow down and create their life from the inside out.

I see so many woman sacrifice themselves for what they want. But I truly believe, we can have anything we want - without the sacrifice.

I studied a year long trauma informed breathwork course, I work with internal family systems, somatic work, energetic work, NLP, timeline therapy, Reiki, channeling and human design - just to name a few LOL

But above all of that? im a 3/5 projector and my greatest courses are my life - I have lived through it all. Almost every story my client tells me - I have almost been through it too.

I bring you back into alignment so you can hold more of life in a easy, more enjoyable way

My superpower?
Seeing your blind spots and energetic blocks with psychic clarity…
and helping you alchemize them into expansion.

I’m not here to make you work harder, I’m here to calibrate you to the frequency where wealth, love, and magic exists within you and outside of you x

Working with Sophia over the past 6 months has been an absolute game-changer for me. From the moment we began our one-on-one sessions, I knew I was in the presence of someone truly special. Her guidance, support, and expertise have led me on a journey of inner work and healing that I never thought possible. Within just two months, the results were so profound that I eagerly committed to another 6 months with her.

Sophia has an incredible ability to create a space of safety and trust, allowing me to explore the deepest, most hidden parts of myself with courage and vulnerability. Through her gentle yet powerful guidance, I've unearthed aspects of myself that I wasn't even aware existed, and she's helped me heal them with compassion and grace.

In short, my experience working with Sophia has been nothing short of transformational. I am profoundly grateful for her presence in my life and the profound impact she's had on my journey towards wholeness and healing.
